Sydor Instruments April 22 said it has entered into an agreement with SABRE Ballistics to serve as its exclusive sales and applications partner in the United States.
The U.K.-based SABRE Ballistics has a 30-year history of providing integrated ballistics test equipment and solutions to its customers around the world, Sydor said in a statement.
“We are very pleased to partner with SABRE Ballistics in the U.S.,” said Michael Pavia, president of Sydor Instruments. “SABRE’s unmatched experience in ballistics hardware design, instrumentation and analysis combined with Sydor’s ballistics imaging capability allows us to offer the most complete portfolio of ballistics testing and analysis solutions in the industry. This will greatly benefit our customers in the security and defense industries where the need for speed, accuracy, repeatability and reliability is paramount.”

SABRE Ballistics, which manufactures complete ballistic test systems from gun to target, currently services customers in 33 countries including the United States. The firm’s products are fully compliant with NATO, and other recognized standards.
