COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—U.S. allies Germany, France, and New Zealand have been invited to join U.S. Space Command’s Operation Olympic Defender (OOD), which already includes Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom, with a goal of further strengthening U.S. and allied space operations, Gen.
