Upgraded RC-12X Guardrail Aircraft Close To Operational

Northrop Grumman [NOC] yesterday said it will field the first systems in the upgraded RC-12X Guardrail fleet under a recent Army task order providing the service with unparalleled signals intelligence (SIGINT) capability.
