Valley Force Composite Technologies [VLYF], Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) and Russia's P.N. Lebedev Physical Institute have completed a collaborative Department of Energy Global Initiative for Proliferation Prevention project for airline baggage and cargo explosives detection.
