Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB) on Wednesday said it has acquired Decisive Analytics Corp. (DAC), adding key expertise and positions within the Defense Department and intelligence community.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. WBB, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital
, now has 1,000 employees.
DAC, which is based in Northern Virginia, has capabilities in systems engineering, lifecycle logistics, cyber security, data analytics and machine learning. The company has supported its federal customers for more than 20 years.
“This acquisition builds on WBB’s organic growth and allows domain expertise within critical capabilities including program management, systems engineering, vehicle integration and prototyping, cyber security, data analytics and development,” Robert Olsen, WBB’s CEO, said in a statement.
WBB, which is also based in Northern Virginia, provides program management and consulting services to the DoD and federal agencies.
The acquisition of DAC follows WBB’s deal last October for BRTRC Federal Solutions, which brought employment levels to over 700.
