WBB Acquires Engineering Services Company Decisive Analytics

Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB) on Wednesday said it has acquired Decisive Analytics Corp. (DAC), adding key expertise and positions within the Defense Department and intelligence community. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. WBB, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, now has 1,000 employees. DAC, which is based in Northern Virginia, has capabilities in systems engineering, lifecycle logistics, cyber security, data analytics and machine learning.
