Government services provider Xenith Solutions, a small business, has acquired another small federal services company, TRI-COR Industries, giving it access to the Defense Department and providing experience in government work.
Xenith, which is based in Northern Virginia and was founded in February 2019, has more than 30 employees providing requirements creation, development, test and evaluation, fielding and sustainment services to its government clients.
TRI-COR, which has more than 40 employees and is also based in Northern Virginia, was founded in 1983 and gives Xenith a history of past performance with government customers in professional information technology services. TRI-COR has more than $6 million in annual sales, a spokeswoman for Xenith told Defense Daily.
TRI-COR has prime contracts with the Air Force and Defense Logistics Agency. Xenith has been predominantly focused on the Department of Homeland Security.
TRI-COR will operate as a subsidiary within Xenith.
